Don't waste certs on soft-point ammo

Guys say it actually decreases damage at very close range.

Not sure doc seems like their is a lot of debate however, Id have to go with soft point. when I solo I play medic and on most targets (say within an amp station they range what from 1-100m combat) soft point allows me to kill a target with 6 rounds and not 7 as with standard I say we as a unit put this to rest get one gun that has both and shoot one another and find out just what is better.
