Cut version will be later, when I get a grip on my editing skills.

what did you use to capture it, the ingame recorder or something else?

And what is that ventrilo overlay?

Ingame recorder actually sucks. It is fast, but quality isn't up to par.
I use, as Jhoira suggested, Open Broadcaster Software and I like it.

Self-made picture. It is put there in the process of capturing. I don't see it in game and I don't use anything more than OBS to make it happen. In fact, I can't even make simple vent overlay working, because Win8 is a dick.
