Hex crash/C4 Crash/Sunderer crash fixed

Remember that annoying crash that would happen during a big battle at a bio lab or tech plant? Well guess what, SOE found the issue, fixed it, and banned all who used this exploit.

Apparently, it was caused by strapping C4 to a sunderer with a specific mod, then detonating it causing everyone in the vicinity to crash.
